So, you can take your train such as AGTL Sundri Express, Ltt Dibrugarh Ex, etc from the major cities of India like, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and so on. It is to be noted that the journey from the train to Guwahati may take 1-3 days depending on which city are you coming from. 

By Road

Reach Guwahati through roadways that are well-connected with the National and State Highways with major neighboring cities such as Assam, West Bengal, and so on. Take a cab, bus, or other roadway transportation services from Guwahati and reach Shillong in almost 3 to 4 hours (100 kms approximately).
