The Last Resort is located on top of the valley close to the Tibetan border. You can do a day trip for the activity from Kathmandu. One will have to start pretty early so that one can get back to Kathmandu in time.

The distance is only 110 Kms one way but the mountain driving take time. One should book the adventure activity in advance as at times the activities tend to get full.

RAFTING 

Rafting in Trishuli River

Trishuli River Rafting is among the most well-liked river excursions in Nepal. From the most skilled kayaker to the beginner rafter, the Trishuli has everything to offer. Season:

October to mid-December and March to early May are the best time for rafting in Trishuli River. 
Rafting in Trishuli River is possible in winter too, but you have to watch out for the low body temperature.
During monsoon (June to September), rafting is challenging in the river.

One can do rafting while driving from Kathmandu to Pokhara or Chitwan, by which there will be no extra cost on the transportation. Transportation cost will be added, if the rafting is done from Kathmandu to Kathmandu.

 

Rafting in Pokhara

Pokhara is one of the best places in the world to experience diversified adventure activities. Rafting is one of the exciting activities that people do not want to miss in Pokhara. Rafting in Pokhara is generally done on the Seti River. The starting point of rafting is 30 minutes drive from Lakeside, Pokhara. The rafting will last for an hour. The rafting activity takes half day, from pickup from your hotel at the Lakeside to drop you to your hotel at the Lakeside after finishing the rafting.

  • Booking prior 5 days minimum is to be done.
  • It includes transportation, insurance, photo and videos and helicopter jump.

  • The above adventure activities once booked and if cancelled due to any reason, the same will be non-refundable. 
  • The above rates are valid for Indian Nationals holding Indian Passport / Voter’s ID only. The rates will be different for any other nationality. OCI and PIO are not valid in Nepal and cannot be used as identification for Indian Nationals.

  • Full Refund for all adventure activities will be done in case of any cancellations due to weather, technical reasons or cancellation by the Company. The cost for the transportation as per the activity will be non-refundable.
